Refueler 180 Cylinder Filling Systems

Fill Your Own Adsorbed Natural Gas Cylinders

Refueler 180 is a high volume cylinder filling system that makes it simple to take high pressure natural gas across the shop, across town or to a job site. Just connect Refueler 180 to an Adsorbed Natural Gas Cylinder and press the START button to begin the filling process.

Once started filling cylinders is automatic. Cylinders are pressurized to 275 psi and the Refueler 180 turns itself off without operator attention. Many G-TEC customers start the filling process at the end of the day, refill their cylnders over night and begin each day will full natural gas supplies.

Refueler 180 is designed for high-volume operations with many cylinders in use on the shop floor or mounted on fleet trucks. A G-TEC Manifold connects four empty cylinders to a single Refueler 180 and manifolds can be daisy-chained to fill more cylinders at one time.

Cylinders do not need to be completely empty, each cylinder can be at a different level of fullness - they will all be filled together and finish at the same time. Cylinders fill at an average rate of 3 cubic feet per minute.

Typical Applications

G-TEC Refueler 60 Cylinder Filling systems are used wherever fuel gas is used portably. Maintenance and repair shops in large companies take natural gas on the shop floor to repair equipment. Companies that do not have a shop-wide fuel distribution manifold use G-TEC cylinders to take fuel gas each work station for production. Others that do remote work fill cylinders overnight then take full cylinders on their trucks to job sites.
