Refueler 180 Cylinder Filling System

Refueler 60 fills one to four cylinders at a rate of 1 cubic foot per minute.

Refueler 60 makes it simple to take high-pressure natural gas across the shop or

across town. Just connect Refueler 60 to an Adsorbed Natural Gas Cylinder and press

the START button to begin the filling process.

Once started filling cylinders is automatic. Cylinders are pressurized to 275 psi and the

Refueler 60 turns itself off without operator attention. Many G-TEC customers refill

their cylinders overnight and start each morning with full natural gas supplies.

Refueler 60 can fill a single cylinder or as many as four at once with a G-TEC manifold.

Cylinders attached for filling do not need to be completely empty, each cylinder can be

at a different level of fullness - they will all be filled together and finish at the same time.

Cylinders fill at a rate of one cubic foot per hour.

Refueler 60 is compact, just 20” wide, 18” deep and 16” tall - it weighs about 75 pounds.

Electrical requirement is 120V 20 amp and there is a 230V 50Hz configuration available, as well.

It is quiet, does not require any special site preparation and can be installed “anywhere” that is

consistent with local codes and regulations for cylinder filling. The system includes a flexible

5’ hose for connection to the gas pipe and a shutoff valve. Refueler 60 should be located in an

area where temperatures range between 40F to 85F/22C to 29C.

CSA International Certifies Refueler 60 for performance, reliability and safety. In the United States

it can be operated by anyone who has received proper safety training but does not require a

special license or certificate. Requirements to operate Refueler 60 may be different in other countries.

Refueler 60 is CE Compliant for use in European Union countries, as well.

Refueler 180 is a high volume cylinder filling systems that makes it simple to take

high-pressure natural gas across the shop, across town or to a job site. Just

connect Refueler 180 to an Adsorbed Natural Gas Cylinder and press the START

button to begin the filling process.

the Refueler 180 turns itself off without operator attention. Many G-TEC customers

Start the filling process at the end of the day, refill their cylinders overnight and

begin each morning with full natural gas supplies.

Refueler 180 is designed for high-volume operations with more than 10 cylinders

in use on the shop floor or mounted on fleet trucks. A G-TEC manifold connects

four empty cylinders to a single Refueler 180 and manifolds can be daisy-chained

to fill More cylinders at one time.

Cylinders do not need to be completely empty, each cylinder can be at a different

level of fullness - they will all be filled together and finish at the same time.

Cylinders fill at a rate of three cubic fet per hour.

Refueler 180 is compact, just 28” wide, 24” deep and 20” tall - it weighs about 175 pounds.

Electrical requirement is 120V 20 amp and there is a 230V 50Hz configuration available, as well.

G-TEC cylinder filling manifold

G-TEC Manifolds allow up to four Adsorbed Natural Gas cylinders to be connected

to a single Refueler 60 or Refueler 180 Cylinder Filling System.

Cylinders of different sizes and different levels of fullness can be connected

at the same time and all will be filled together and be finished at the same time.

G-TEC Fill Manifolds include check valves on each hose connection to prevent

back flow from the cylinder.

G-TEC Continuous Operation Manifolds allow gas to flow into and out of cylinders

without having to disconnect them. Continuous Operation Manifolds are most often

used for torch applications where gas flow is usually below 60 cf/hr (Refueler 60) or

below 180 cf/hr (Refueler 180) but higher gas flows are required periodically that would

exceed system capacity.

G-TEC Simple Tee Manifolds connect a Refueler 60 or Refueler 180 System to a single cylinder

and allow it to be used as a reserve for situations where high volume gas flow is required for

brief periods of time.

DM-60 Torch Booster/Refueler

DM-60 Torch Booster/Refueler can fill cylinders and supply high pressure natural gas

Directly to torches, shop manifolds and automated torch equipment.

DM-60 combines the performance of the Refueler 60 Cylinder Filling System and TB-60

Torch Booster in a single cabinet. When filling cylinders DM-60 operates at 1 cubic foot

per minute and can fill from one to four cylinders simultaneously. As a Torch Booster

DM-60 supplies natural gas at up to 25 psi at a flow rate of up to 60 cubic feet per hour.

A built-in regulator lets you set pressure between 1-25 psi on the Torch Booster side.

DM-60 is compact, just 20” wide, 18” deep and 16” tall - it weighs about 75 pounds.

Electrical requirement is 120V 20 amp and there is a 230V 50Hz configuration available,
