Torch Booster and Oil Cooler - rear view

When Torch Boosters are used in an environment where ambient

temperature is consistently above 90F, where the duty cycle is

two or more shifts per day or where the application requires pressure of 60 psi or more, a Heavy Duty Torch Booster is recommended.

These Torch Boosters include a Compressor Cooler Module that keeps the compressor temperature low and extends system lifespan.

C Series Heavy Duty Torch Boosters are for applications where gas pressure is up to 60 psi, working in a hot environment or running 2 shifts, up to 24 hours every day.

H Series Heavy Duty Torch Boosters are for applications where gas pressure is more than 60 psi regardless of ambient temperature or duty cycle.

The Compressor Cooler Module is connected to the Torch Booster with either 2 - 5’ flexible hoses (TB-250) or 4 - 5’ flexible hoses (TB-500). Power is provided by the Torch Booster - power and compressor controls on the Torch Booster operate both units.

In addition to the TB-500 Torch Booster the cabinet for the Compressor Cooler Module measures 28” W x 24” D x 20” T and weighs 150 lbs. For the TB-250 the Compressor Cooler Module measures 20” W x 16” T x 18” D and weighs 80 lbs.
